Westcombe House is a new modular built student accommodation that required bespoke studio apartments to cater to the needs of modern students. The project demanded a seamless integration of all essential living areas within each studio, including a kitchen, bathroom, study area, and bedroom.
The goal was to provide students with a comfortable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment that supports both their academic and personal lives.
