Customer Terms and Conditions

2. Scope of Services

Brookhouse specializes in providing turnkey design, refurbishment, and FF&E packages to educational establishments. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, including:

Space planning and design.
Supply and installation of furniture and equipment.
Comprehensive refurbishment solutions.

3. Quotations and Orders

Quotations: All quotations provided by Brookhouse are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or purchase order from the Customer.
Amendments: Any amendments to an order must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Prices are provided in writing and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms:
